Entries for Council Year-End Competition

Please use these forms for submitting the entries for your club for the year-end competition.

You will receive an immediate confirmation e-mail after you submit the entries. This will show your entries as they were received. If you do not receive the confirmation e-mail immediately after clicking on “Submit” please report that using the “Contact” form.

You will receive another e-mail, usually within 24 hours, with your entries as entered after they've been processed. That form will also show the numbers and names of the Special Category designations you have made.

If you find that you need to make one or more changes to the entries after the original submission, please use the "Report Changes" form. Requests for changes will be accepted until 7:00 p.m. MST, 19 March 2010.
